great shop to go to

I was on a road trip and passing by driving from dallas TX. My sprinter van broke down. It wouldn't drive faster than 50 miles per hour. The part that broke was about $2,200. He took the time and called around. He found it for $1,350 BUT he had to drive to pick it up. When I picked it up he noticed some other issues that needed to be fixed. He called me for approval and charged me a fair price!! He could have charged me full price for the part and to fix it with in 24 hour Because I was desperate and I needed it fixed. BUT he didn't!!! That makes this company an integrity business. For that I highly recommend this business.

Friendly, personable, and honest. Took my car in for a repair, and they finished it ahead of schedule. Rick was excellent at explaining the issue to me, and explaining what they can do to fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will be taking my cars here from now on, period.

After always feeling taken advantage of and dreading taking my cars into a shop for any kind of service, I recently messaged a few places on Yelp that had good reviews. They all were able to give me an estimate for my previous diagnosis. Hillside had them beat on paper by around $20/10% and Double the Warranty others were offering. Mostly I chose them though, bc I felt comfortable from the start. They were direct and easy to worth with, without trying too hard. Which, to me, came across as an honest place of business. I am SO glad I have found Hillside. So glad, in fact, that I will no longer be using up my free oil changes with another company that screwed up prior, and I will be making the 30 minute trek to take my Acura to someone who has earned my trust and therefore my business. Thank you guys for being so accommodating! After 5 days I am still confident and my '02 vehicle is running like a champ.
