I was getting no heat on the drivers side of my car. I had gone to our neighborhood auto repair and was just getting the run around. I had heard about Hillside, and eventhough it was quite a bit farther from where I live, decided to go there based on reviews. They were able to look at my car, figured out the problem, called to tell me what it was and I gave them the go ahead to fix it. My car was ready for me to pick up that day, and I now have warm air!!! Jeff and the rest of the staff were easy to work with, friendly, and most of all efficient in getting my car fixed with no hidden suprises, like some places I've gone have been known to do. Very satisfied customer! Won't hesitate to go back.

Hillside Auto is the best shop I have been to, hands down. The staff team is always here to help whenever I have questions or concerns, and they are more than willing to explain things to me if I don't understand the situation. I have gone to this shop with a couple of vehicles for over a year, and my family has been a customer for even longer. The Hillside team is friendly and truly makes me feel comfortable. I have never been to a shop that treats me the way Hillside Auto has, their respect, kindness, and professionalism are outstanding. Their effects on getting my car running were above anything I could have expected, they do their job and they do it well. If you are in need of car services, I recommend Hillside Auto.

Enough cannot be said about the customer service and support I received from Hillside auto repair. I am a female and tend to be leery when it comes to estimates and honesty from a repair shop. Shannon, Kyle, and Jeff all played a major role with a recent event. Unfortunately, I had to retire my car after multiple obstacles that came my way. They provided financial assistance, patience, and honesty when it came to the decisions I needed to make. In addition, they found someone to take care of the car. Something that was unexpected and a headache for me. We have used them a few times for different vehicles and always far exceeded my expectations! Thank you team🤗.

One of the best, if not the best repair shop I have ever been to. I am 62 and been to quite a few. These people are professional, hardworking, and do a great job. Can't recommend them enough!

They did a great job on my 81 Malibu Engine replacement. Had a budget and they kept it in my budget! They didn't try to upsell or add anything that wasn't needed. Nichole was GREAT at keeping the lines of communication open and keeping me updated on what was going on and the status of the swap. I could not be happier with the workmanship and professionalism that was always on display! I've been there a few times for minor issues now and then, however I am very glad I went back for this swap out!! I'll be back when something else comes up!

I gave them short notice on needing an inspection/emissions testing on the first of the month. Yes, I waited until the last minute. No one else could fit me in. Hillside took the time to fit me in last minute. I greatly appreciated that. The operations manager and inspector treated me friendly and professionally.

Another repair shop told us we needed a new engine. Hillside diagnosed the problem as the engine timing system and saved us a LOT of money! Their staff is both professional and friendly.
