I am always treated well .Mechanic found a problem and I was told that should be coverwd under warranty and they even made an appointment for me with Ford dealer

Got me in immediately from a cold call and had my car on the lift in minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Work was done fast and effectively with no surprises. I was even taken in to look under my car at what they were seeing. Estimated time was 2 1/2 hours but was complete in almost half that. Also for the work, the costs were right on if not cheaper than expected. It is safe to say that I have finally found a local garage that I can trust that cares about my car. Returning customer.

10/10 always very helpful and thorough. Took my car to another shop that said I needed my engine replaced for $8000. Hill Side looked at my car and said it needed a timing job which was 4x cheaper (and what I actually needed). Their work comes with a 2 year 24k mile warranty (at least the two things I had done did). Have had 0 issues with HillSide. Highly recommend.
