Enough cannot be said about the customer service and support I received from Hillside auto repair. I am a female and tend to be leery when it comes to estimates and honesty from a repair shop. Shannon, Kyle, and Jeff all played a major role with a recent event. Unfortunately, I had to retire my car after multiple obstacles that came my way. They provided financial assistance, patience, and honesty when it came to the decisions I needed to make. In addition, they found someone to take care of the car. Something that was unexpected and a headache for me. We have used them a few times for different vehicles and always far exceeded my expectations! Thank you team🤗.

One of the best, if not the best repair shop I have ever been to. I am 62 and been to quite a few. These people are professional, hardworking, and do a great job. Can't recommend them enough!

They did a great job on my 81 Malibu Engine replacement. Had a budget and they kept it in my budget! They didn't try to upsell or add anything that wasn't needed. Nichole was GREAT at keeping the lines of communication open and keeping me updated on what was going on and the status of the swap. I could not be happier with the workmanship and professionalism that was always on display! I've been there a few times for minor issues now and then, however I am very glad I went back for this swap out!! I'll be back when something else comes up!

I gave them short notice on needing an inspection/emissions testing on the first of the month. Yes, I waited until the last minute. No one else could fit me in. Hillside took the time to fit me in last minute. I greatly appreciated that. The operations manager and inspector treated me friendly and professionally.

Another repair shop told us we needed a new engine. Hillside diagnosed the problem as the engine timing system and saved us a LOT of money! Their staff is both professional and friendly.

My first time at the shop, the customer service was great, very professional and received great service. All was the same on the second visit.

The mechanic work was done in a timely efficient manner and the detail I couldn’t express the difference in quality that they provided compared to other auto shops!
